Return Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process subject to the conditions below.   • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used dietary supplements.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or partially consumed products.
  • Products that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly).
  • Gift cards or promotional credits.

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received in a damaged or defective state, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during a return shipment.

6. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
